Founded in 1987 with offices in Brentwood and Discovery Bay, Coldwell Banker Amaral & Associates, REALTORS® have earned the reputation of providing excellent customer service to their clients. President, Aaron Meadows, has taken his vision and passion for Real Estate to grow the company over the past decade.
Aaron’s family has been part of East Contra Costa County for over 100 years. At a very young age Aaron gained knowledge and experience from being close to both residential and commercial real estate transactions that his family was involved with. His passion for Real Estate grew and he decided to further pursue that career and obtain his Real Estate license in 1998. Deciding to take things to the next level he obtained his Broker’s License in 2001.
With a vision and passion for Real Estate, Aaron Meadows became President of the Coldwell Banker Amaral & Associates, REALTORS® franchise in 2001. With the fast paced growth in the community he felt it necessary to open an office in Oakley in 2002.When Coldwell Banker Corporate rolled out new plans for the Commercial Real Estate Industry, he opened Coldwell Banker Commercial Amaral & Associates in 2004.
Believing in the importance of staying involved with the always changing real estate industry, Aaron decided to get involved in the organizations that govern our local REALTOR® community. He currently serves on the Delta Association of REALTORS® and East Bay Regional Data Boards of Directors. In 2007 he served as President of the Delta Association of REALTORS®. His leadership and hard work in these organizations not only benefit the REALTORS® at his office, but the entire REALTOR® community in the local area. His commitment to staying involved is an added benefit to our clients.
The REALTORS® at Coldwell Banker Amaral & Associates, REALTORS® and their clients also benefit from two of his other companies, A. Meadows Property Management and A. Meadows Construction. Aaron obtained his contractor’s license in 1995 and has been managing both residential and commercial properties for almost 20 years. The professional services provided by these companies allow our clients to know that all of their needs can be met with confidence and satisfaction.
With Aaron’s business and real estate background spanning over 20 years, he knows the importance of providing the best tools, technology, and training for each of his agents so that they can provide the absolute best service for their clients.
